Booking and Agreement

Any payment made to CTT Online - Customize Tours & Travels constitutes your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. By accepting your booking confirmation or using our website/email, you agree to be legally bound by this disclaimer.

Booking as acceptance: Clearly state that by booking a tour, customers acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions, including the disclaimer.

Limitations of liability

CTT Online - Customize Tours & Travels and its employees, officers, affiliates, agents, assigns, website and services are not being responsible/ liable for any delays, alterations in the program, or expenses incurred, directly or indirectly, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, resulting from any act or omission of any third-party service provider: like,

-  Flight cancellations or changes in schedules
-  Government actions/ restrictions or authority regulations or (e.g., customs, visas, area)
-  Natural hazards (e.g., high winds, hurricanes, flooding, landslides, bad weather)
-  Accidents, death/personal injury, breakdown of machinery or equipment
-  Civil unrest, pandemics, strikes, terrorism, or criminal activity
-  Sickness, epidemics, or quality of medical services in remote areas
-  Theft or lost/misplaced, property damage, loss of belongings (e.g., luggage, passports, documents)
-  Other loss/expenses from the services provided by third parties.

Specify that the traveller is solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary documents, such as a valid passport, visas, and any required vaccinations or health certificates.

Clarify that CTT Online - Customize Tours & Travels is not liable for any costs incurred by the traveller if they are unable to start the tour due to issues with their documents or failure to meet health requirements.

Mention that the traveller is responsible for their own actions and any activities they participate in outside of the organized tour.

CTT Online - Customize Tours & Travels Include clauses disclaiming liability for acts of God, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the tour.

Refund: CTT Online - Customize Tours & Travels is not responsible/liable for any refund claim for amount received from the client after booked service.

CTT Online - Customize Tours & Travels will definitely try to receive refund maximum amount under the rules and regulations from the third party services for the client but CTT Online - Customize Tours & Travels is not responsible/liable for refund delay in timing from the third party.

No refunds: There will be no refunds for unused services if a client cannot or does not utilize them for any reason.

Independent contractors: Airlines, hotels, and other service providers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of the company. CTT Online - Customize Tours & Travels is not liable for their actions, errors, omissions, or negligence.

Information accuracy

Website/Email/ Brochures/Staff errors: Efforts are made to ensure accuracy, CTT Online - Customize Tours & Travels is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content on its website/email/ Brochures/by staff. Information is provided for general informational purposes only. Prices and descriptions are subject to change, and errors may occur.

Third-party links: CTT Online - Customize Tours & Travels is not responsible for the content or accuracy of external websites linked from its own site.

Nature of Services

CTT Online - Customize Tours & Travels acts as a travel agent/consultant, organizing and selling tour packages on behalf of various independent third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and local excursion providers). We do not own, operate, or control these third-party suppliers. Our responsibility is strictly limited to facilitating the booking and arrangement of services.

Assumption of Risk

By booking a tour with CTT Online - Customize Tours & Travels, clients acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with adventure travel and general tourism. Clients agree to be responsible for their own welfare and associated risks. This includes understanding that medical services or evacuation facilities may be limited or difficult to access in certain remote areas.

Health and Insurance

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in sufficient physical and mental health to undertake the tour activities. We strongly recommend to clients that purchase necessary comprehensive travel insurance. Clients are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their insurance policies.

Documentation and Entry Requirements

Clients are solely responsible for checking and obtaining the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, vaccination certificates and travel insurance, for all destinations on their itinerary. For information about destination risks and foreign country entry requirements, clients should consult official government travel advisories.

Final agreement

Booking or participating in the tour with CTT Online - Customize Tours & Travels, the traveller accept and agrees to all terms and conditions, including/mentioned in the disclaimer. For bookings, confirmation email would be acceptance of the travel arrangements constitutes agreement.
